CherryArts Festival at Stanley is a celebration of national art and local flavor at one of Denver’s most anticipated shopping and dining venues, the Stanley Marketplace adjacent to the Stapleton community in Aurora. In 2015, this debut event met an unfulfilled demand for a high quality art and cultural experience, and for 2016 the event will continue to grow, feature 100 juried artist exhibitors and take place in Stanley’s exciting mixed-use indoor and outdoor event facility.

Stanley Marketplace is inspired by urban markets across the US, including San Francisco’s Ferry Building, Seattle’s Melrose Market and New York’s Chelsea Market, the adaptive reuse development aims to become the new community centerpiece between Aurora and Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood opening July 2016  www.StanleyMarketplace.com.

Some comments from 2015 exhibitors:

“It was a great experience! We were treated well and had great sales!”

“I was so impressed with the crowds, with the well-organized running of the festival, with attention to kids and having them also enjoy the day.”

“We did great, it was definitely worth our time and effort, we sold high end pieces but also had the chance to sell our more affordable work.”

“The turn out was great and I am happy with my sales. I asked my customers how they found us and how they liked the show. Many were telling me that they live in the area and knew where Stanley Marketplace was. Everyone I talked to really liked the venue.”

CherryArts is a 501c3 non-profit and has celebrated and engaged the arts since 1991. The corporate mission is accomplished via statewide education programs in schools and Colorado’s signature cultural celebration, the Cherry Creek Arts Festival –taking place July 2, 3, 4, 2016.
